Our founder, Captain Mark, is a 30 year veteran of the Caribbean hospitality business, beginning in St. Thomas in 1979. His experience as a well respected charter yacht captain, most recently specializing in singles trips from the British Virgin Islands to Antigua, is what generated the idea of and prepared the foundation for ParadiseMatch.com.

So when creating ParadiseMatch.com, the villas replaced the yacht as sleeping, relaxing and “hanging out” quarters; yet, for much of the week guests are out on the water in some kind of yacht. And the availability and variety of quality entertainment, activities and services are far greater and more accessible on land than on the water.
Captain Mark’s charters always featured first class service and fine food and drink, so the evolution into a hybrid vacation concept was a natural progression. “Many of our butlers and other service staff have been or are still affiliated with the high end yacht service business, guaranteeing our guests similar attention as that found on Super Yachts.” ~ Captain Mark
