The information you supply when you submit a photo or video to ParadiseMatch.com or to any photo/video contest is used to send you a confirmation email when your submission has been posted on ParadiseMatch.com. The photo or video, title, and caption will be posted on ParadiseMatch.com for the public to view. Your email address will not be posted for the public to view. If you opt-in to ParadiseMatch.com Vacation’s weekly email at the time of your photo or video submission, your email address will be added to the subscription list. In this case, you will receive another email with the option to edit your subscription preferences.

The information you supply when you send in a Customer Service request is used to assist you with your request. It may also be used to help ParadiseMatch.com review and improve its products, promotions, and customer service.

The information you supply when you send a request to a travel agent via an agency profile is a confidential communication between you and the travel agency. ParadiseMatch.com does not monitor these communications or collect data from them, except the total number of requests sent. ParadiseMatch.com makes no guarantees as to the way in which the travel agencies will use or protect the information you send them via their agency profile information request form.
